These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Good Bot ("the Bot," "we," "us"), a Discord bot operated by The Good Doctor (the "Operator") in connection with Good Doctor's Studio. By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service to use the Bot. To add the Bot to a server, you must have the necessary permissions in that server.
The Bot provides community features including music playback, song queues and sharing, song review sessions, polls, moderation tools (such as a per-server blacklist), logging, welcome and leave messages, server setup, and announcements. Features and availability may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
You agree not to use the Bot to:
Server administrators are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their own servers, including moderation decisions such as blacklisting.
The Bot can play and resolve content from third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, and Suno. The Operator does not own this content and is not responsible for it. Your use of third-party content through the Bot is subject to those services' own terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play or share any content you request.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. The Bot is hosted on personal infrastructure and may go offline for maintenance, outages, or other reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Bot is to stop using it and remove it from your server.
The Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Bot's availability to any server or user at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
