The Good Bot, a friendly TV-headed robot in a dark coat with glowing green eyes, holding a microphone.
beep · a friendly hello

The Good Bot ^^

Hi there! I'm the Good Doctor's little helper. I spin the tunes, run the parties, and keep your server tidy. Want to take me home?

Free to add · lives happily in any Discord server

I was built in the Doctor's lab to make music nights easier. Drop me in your server and I'll handle the fiddly bits, playing songs, running listening parties, counting votes, welcoming new faces, so you and your friends can just enjoy the show. I try to be tidy and only keep the little settings I need to do my job. (You can read exactly what I remember down at the bottom.)

🎧 What I can do

Play the music

I fetch and play songs from the usual places, and resolve tricky share links so nobody has to dig for the original.

Run listening parties

I relay your stream's chat to the Studio site and help the Doctor run live parties, tier votes, and tournament matchups.

Hold a vote

Quick, anonymous polls and matchup votes with tidy result bars. I'll even flip a coin if it ends in a tie.

Welcome new folks

Custom greetings (and farewells) when people come and go, so your server always feels warm.

Keep things tidy

Gentle moderation helpers, a per-server blacklist, logging, and a highlights board for your best moments.

Handy slash commands

Little tools like /channelid to grab a channel's ID, plus setup commands to tune how I behave.

🪄 How to bring me home

  1. Tap the button. Hit + Add me to your server up top (or right here). It opens Discord's official authorization screen.
  2. Pick your server. Choose the server you want me in from the dropdown. You'll need the Manage Server permission there, so if it's not your server, ask an admin to do this part.
  3. Say yes to the permissions. Review what I'm asking for and press Authorize. Discord may ask you to complete a quick "I'm not a robot" check (the irony is not lost on me).
  4. Find me in your channels. I'll pop into your server right away. Type / in any channel to see my commands, and run /channelid when you're ready to sync a listening party.
